Artisan Swiss Bread

Baked Fresh Every Day! NO additives or preservatives. Naturally leavened.

BeNanna Bakery’s sophisticated twist on the well-known French bread. Crafted with organic white flour, water, salt and yeast. Our extended fermentation process ensures that special taste, and we bake the loaf on the hearth of the oven for a perfect crust. One bite will have you hooked! Might be wise to buy a second loaf . . . just saying!

Ingredients: Flour, water, salt, yeast . . . that’s it!

Tip: Store bread in paper bag—never plastic. Once cut, place bread cut side down on cutting board and cover with paper bag.

Whole Wheat Rye

Baked Fresh Every Day! NO additives or preservatives. Naturally leavened.

Nothing could be simpler, yet taste so complex! We use organic whole wheat flour and rye flour from Anita’s Organic Mill, water, salt and yeast. We believe in a time-honoured extended fermentation process which guarantees a wholesome taste experience.

Ingredients: Flour, water, salt, yeast . . . that’s it!

Tip: Store bread in paper bag—never plastic. Once cut, place bread cut side down on cutting board and cover with paper bag.

Authentic San Francisco Sourdough

Baked Fresh Every Day! NO additives or preservatives. Naturally leavened.

Take a trip back in time. That’s what you would have to do to find bread like this! We maintain our own original starter dough to create an artisan loaf of unique quality using organic flour from Anita’s Organic Mill. This sourdough follows the tradition of prized handcrafted foods. Sourdough only improves with age—try it the day after you buy for an even better taste.

Ingredients: Flour, water, salt, yeast and natural sourdough yeast starter . . . that’s it!
